健脾化瘀通络汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效研究

Clinical study on Jianpi Huayu Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:观察健脾化瘀通络汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法:选用2019年11月-2020年11月于江西中医药大学第二附属医院接受诊治的60例脾胃虚弱、胃络瘀阻型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为观察对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组运用胃复春片治疗,观察组运用健脾化瘀通络汤治疗,2组均治疗12周。统计分析2组的中医证候积分、治疗总有效率、胃黏膜治疗前后的修复情况、血清胃泌素治疗前后的变化情况。结果:治疗后2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。经过治疗,患者胃黏膜镜下表现观察组优于对照组;观察组的总有效率(83.33%,25/30)明显高于对照组(66.67%,20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗程结束后,血清胃泌素检测结果显示观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用健脾化瘀通络汤辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有安全实用、经济有效的特点,不仅可缓解患者的临床症状,而且可以使其胃黏膜组织恢复常态。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Huayu Tongluo Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: From November 2019 to November 2020, 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen stomach weakness and stomach collateral stasis type were selected as the observation objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Weifuchun tablets, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Jianpi Huayu Tongluo decoction. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Statistical analysis of the two groups of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score, the total effective rate of treatment, the repair of gastric mucosa before and after treatment, serum gastrin index changes before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the endoscopic performance of gastric mucosa in the observation group was better than that in the control group;The total effective rate of the observation group(83.33%, 25/30) was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%, 20/30),P<0.05. After the course of treatment, the serum gastrin test results showed that the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Using Jianpi Huayu Tongluo Decoction to treat chronic atrophic gastritis, we can not only relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, but also make the gastric mucosa of patients return to normal, so the use of Jianpi Huayu Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of such patients has safe, practical, economic and effective clinical value.
