脐针治疗成人慢性便秘的临床观察

Clinical study on Navel Acupuncture Therapy for Adult Chronic Constipation

目的:观察脐针治疗成人慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取北京中医药大学深圳医院(龙岗)2018年4月至2020年10月期间收治的70例成人肠道气滞型慢性便秘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组采用西药乳果糖口服液治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加用脐针治疗。比较两组治疗前后便秘症状评分及临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组患者各项便秘症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者的各项便秘症状评分均有不同程度下降,且观察组的排便困难、腹胀评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的粪便性状、排便时间、排便频率评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组患者的便秘症状总积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者的便秘症状总积分均有不同程度下降,且观察组的便秘症状总积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.43%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脐针治疗成人肠道气滞型慢性便秘疗效显著,可显著缓解便秘症状,在排便困难、腹胀症状方面改善更明显。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of navel acupuncture therapy for adult chronic functional constipation.Methods 70 adults with chronic constipation were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with lactulose oral solution 15 mL bid po;the study group was additionally treated with navel acupuncture.Constipation symptoms score before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in stool characteristics,defecation difficulty,defecation time,defecation frequency,abdominal distension,and the total score of constipation symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05),indicating that both groups had good effect in relieving the symptoms of constipation.After treatment,there was statistical significance in defecation difficulty,abdominal distension and total constipation symptoms score (P<0.05).While there was no significant difference in stool characteristics,defecation time and defecation frequency between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).The total effective rate was 91.43% in the study group and 77.14% in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Navel acupuncture therapy has a significant effect on chronic functional constipation of intestinal qi stagnation type in adults.It can significantly relieve constipation symptoms,especially in difficult defecation and abdominal distension.It is worthy of further study and promotion.
