高等工程教育与高技术产业的耦合协调度研究 被引量:14

On Coupling Coordination Degree between Higher Engineering Education and High-tech Industry

摘要 高等工程教育和高技术产业通过资源互补、发展共赢,促进人才培养和知识创新,进而服务国家战略和产业发展需求。在探讨高等工程教育与高技术产业发展耦合机理的基础上,通过耦合协调度模型对2008-2018年我国高等工程教育与高技术产业发展耦合协调程度进行实证分析。研究表明高等工程教育与高技术产业发展耦合协调度呈持续上升的趋势,耦合协调类型从中度耦合、濒临失调转化到高度耦合、中级协调,高等工程教育发展在一定程度上滞后于高技术产业发展。新时代,高等工程教育要适应高技术产业发展趋势,大力发展新工科;服务高技术产业发展需求,优化学科与学位点布局,进而促进高等工程教育与高技术产业的耦合协调发展。 Higher engineering education and high-tech industry promote personnel training and knowledge innovation through complementary resources and win-win development, thus serving national strategy and industrial development needs. On the basis of discussing the coupling mechanism of higher engineering education and high-tech industry development, this paper empirically analyzes the coupling coordination degree of higher engineering education and high-tech industry development in China from 2008 to 2018 by using the coupling coordination degree model. The research shows that the coupling coordination degree of higher engineering education and high-tech industry development is on the rise. The coupling coordination type changes from moderate coupling and impending imbalance to high coupling and intermediate coordination. The development of higher engineering education lags behind the development of high-tech industry to a certain extent. In the new era, higher engineering education should adapt to the development trend of high-tech industry, vigorously develop new engineering subjects, serve the development needs of high-tech industry, optimize the layout of disciplines and degree points, and then promote the coupling and coordinated development of higher engineering education and high-tech industry.
