摘要
建立产教共同体对提升产教融合整体质量具有重要意义。产教融合共同体包含战略共同体、利益共同体、情感共同体、行动共同体四个相互联系、相互交织的内涵。面对校企合作中人才培养与行业需求错位、合作教育缺乏长效机制等共性问题,常熟理工学院光伏科技学院在国内率先探索和实践行业学院模式产教融合共同体。政校企行多元主体通过共建组织,架构战略角色系统和战略联盟;共创愿景,达成政校企行发展共同体;共育团队,校企人力资源双向流动两栖发展;共筑平台,建立功能复合的五合一基地,促进学生成长、教师发展、业界增效、校企衔接。
The establishment of industry education community has vital significance for the improvement of overall quality of industry education integration. The industry education integration community contains four interrelated and interwoven connotations: strategic community, interest community, emotion community and action community. Facing the common problems of talent training and industry demand dislocation in school enterprise cooperation, lack of long-term mechanism of cooperative education, the school of photovoltaic technology in Changshu Institute of technology takes the lead in exploring and practicing the industry college mode industry education integration community in China.The multiple subjects of government, college, enterprise and industry has jointly established the organization through constructing strategic role system and strategic allian, cecreated the vision through achieving the development community of government, school, enterprise and industry, shared the team through realizing bidirectional flow and amphibious development of human resources of school and enterprise, and built the platform through establishing five in one bases with compound functions to promote students’ growth, teachers development, industry efficiency and school enterprise convergence.
