组织社会学视角下“引教入企”的产教融合模式探索

Exploration on the Mode of Integration of Industry and Education in Enterprise from the Perspective of Organizational Sociology

深化产教融合是新时期发展现代职业教育的根本路径。从组织社会学视角出发,发现职业教育产教融合面临着组织间市场关系的结构性困境,校企合作遭遇组织不完全理性、外部市场环境的复杂性、机会主义倾向以及制度障碍等问题。推动产教融合需要探索组织内科层制关系的适度回归,基于实体化运作模式开展"引教入企"实践,激活企业在职业技能人才培养中的关键作用。广汽集团"工匠学院"通过重构与职业院校间的组织关系,以校企合作为基本思路、以企业专业化为根本导向、以综合平台建设为实践路径,强化工学交替实训,凸显了技能人才培养的复合性、前沿性与普适性优势,是探索企业主导产教融合实践的一种积极尝试。

Deepening the integration of production and education is the fundamental way to develop modern vocational education in the new era. From the perspective of organizational sociology, this paper finds that the integration of industry and education in vocational education is facing the structural dilemma of inter-organizational market relations, and school-enterprise cooperation is confronted with problems such as bounded rationality, uncertainty and complexity, speculation and institutional obstacles. To promote the in-depth integration of industry and education, it is necessary to moderately return to the hierarchical relationship within the organization, carry out the practice of "introducing education into enterprises" based on the materialized operation mode, and give play to the main role of enterprises in the training of vocational education talents. GAC craftsoman college restructures the organization of relationship between vocational colleges, university-enterprise cooperation as the basic train of thought and enterprise specialization as the basic guide, integrated platform construction as the practice path, reinforcement engineering practice alternately, highlight the skills cultivating compound, frontier and universality of the advantage, is to explore enterprise leading teaching practice a positive attempt.
