摘要 CX3CL1亦称分形趋化因子,是趋化因子CX3C亚类中的唯一成员,通过与其特异性受体CX3CR1结合,在多种中枢神经系统疾病和缺血性脑血管病中发挥重要作用。近年来,大量研究对CX3CL1/CX3CR1的具体作用和相关分子机制进行了探讨。本文就CX3CL1/CX3CR1在缺血性脑血管病中的作用和相关分子机制进行综述,旨在拓展对CX3CL1/CX3CR1作用机制的认识,为缺血性脑血管病的预防、诊断及治疗提供新的思路与干预靶点。 CX3CL1,also known as Fractalkine,is the only member of chemokines CX3C subclass.It plays an important role in a variety of central nervous system diseases and ischemic cerebrovascular diseases by binding to its specific receptor CX3CR1.In recent years,a large number of studies have investigated the specific role and related molecular mechanism of CX3CL1/CX3CR1.This article reviews the effect and molecular mechanism of CX3CL1/CX3CR1 in ischemic cerebrovascular disease,aiming to expand the understanding of the mechanism of CX3CL1/CX3CR1,and provide new ideas and intervention targets for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
