摘要
高强铝合金在激光焊接时,易出现气孔、热裂纹、焊接接头性能差、厚板与不等厚板难以焊接、熔池温度场与流场变化难以测量等问题,严重限制着高强铝合金的发展。目前,双焦点激光焊接技术能够有效地改善高强铝合金激光焊接中出现的问题。本文简要介绍了双焦点激光焊接的原理及实现方式,探究双焦点激光焊接对上述高强铝合金激光焊接中出现的问题的影响。
In laser welding of high strength aluminum alloy, there are many problems, such as pore, hot crack, poor performance of welded joint, difficulty in welding of thick plate and unequal thick plate, difficulty in measuring temperature field and flow velocity change of molten pool, which seriously limits the development of high strength aluminum alloy. At present, the bifocal laser welding technology can effectively improve the problems in laser welding of high strength aluminum alloy. The principle and implementation of the bifocal laser welding were briefly introduced, and the influence of bifocal laser welding technology on the above mentioned problems in high strength aluminum alloy laser welding was explored.
