锻造温度对Mg-9Gd-2Y-0.2Ti-0.1In镁合金力学和耐磨损性能的影响

摘要 研究了不同温度下等温锻造对Mg-9Gd-2Y-0.2Ti-0.1In汽车用镁合金力学性能和耐磨损性能的影响。结果表明:适当提高锻造温度有助于提高力学性能和耐磨损性能。与380℃锻造相比,420℃锻造时试样的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高了27、32MPa,断后伸长率降低了0.2%,磨损体积减小了36.94%。汽车用Mg-9Gd-2Y-0.2Ti-0.1In镁合金等温锻造温度优选为420℃。 The effects of isothermal forging at different temperatures on mechanical properties and wear resistance of Mg-9Gd-2Y-0.2Ti-0.1In magnesium alloy for automobiles were studied. The results show that properly increasing the forging temperature helps to improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance. The tensile strength and yield strength of the specimens forged at 420 ℃ increase by 27 MPa and 32 MPa, respectively, while the elongation and wear volume decrease by 0.2% and 36.94% respectively, compared with those of forging temperature at 380℃. The isothermal forging temperature of Mg-9Gd-2Y-0.2Ti-0.1In magnesium alloy sample for automobile is optimized as 420 ℃.
