干细胞在神经免疫性疾病中的应用研究进展 被引量:2

Clinical Application Study of Stem Cells in Neuroimmunologic Diseases

摘要 近年来业内研究者对神经系统自身免疫性疾病谱和神经系统自身抗体谱的认识不断深入。干细胞具有自我更新和多向分化潜能,具有免疫调节和组织修复作用,可通过分泌细胞因子、调节T细胞等发挥免疫调节作用,成为神经系统免疫性疾病的新兴治疗方案之一,在动物实验和临床试验中,干细胞治疗在多发性硬化、重症肌无力等均显示出积极的治疗效果。文中就近年干细胞在神经免疫性疾病中的应用研究文献做综述。 In recent two decades,people have a deeper understanding of nervous system autoimmune disease spectrum and nervous system autoantibody spectrum with the development of technology.Stem cells have the potential of self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation,and have the capacity with the function of immune regulation and tissue repair,which can play the role of immunomodulatory by secreting cytokines and regulating T cells,thus become a new treatment for nervous system immune diseases.However,in animal experiments and clinical trials,stem cell therapy had shown positive therapeutic effects in multiple sclerosis and myasthenia gravis.The application of stem cells in neuroimmune diseases were reviewed combined with recently literature.
