肠道菌群与microRNA的交互在促结直肠癌中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 结直肠癌是西方国家最常见的癌症之一,多数患者伴有肠道菌群的改变。有研究表明,肠道菌群通过microRNA调节宿主基因的表达,而宿主的microRNA同样调节菌群的生长和基因表达。因此,本文概述了肠道菌群与宿主microRNA相互作用的具体机制,以及这种交互作用在结直肠癌的发生、发展、治疗阶段的研究进展。为进一步深入研究肠道菌群与结直肠癌的关系提供理论基础。 Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers in the western world.Lots of studies suggest a link between gut microbiota dysbiosis and colorectal cancer.And scientists suppose that there is a delicate regulatory network between gut microbiota and the human body.Recently,microRNA has been showed as a crucial mediator of this network.A growing number of studies indicate that gut microbiota can influence the expression and function of human cells’microRNA.In turn,human cells derived microRNA can regulate the gut microbiota ecosystem.Therefore,this review summarizes the specific mechanism of the interaction between gut microbiota and host microRNA,especially focus on the studies related to the occurrence,development,and treatment of colorectal cancer.It can provide the newest insight in the relationship between gut microbiota and colorectal cancer.
