临汾市中小学开展冰雪运动SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis of Ice and Snow Sports in Primary and Secondary Schools of Linfen City

运用文献资料法、SWOT分析法等对临汾市中小学开展冰雪运动的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行综合分析探讨,研究结果表明:临汾市拥有优越的地理气候条件和丰富的校外冰雪场地资源的优势,但同时也存在冰雪运动的基础薄弱和经济发展落后的劣势,虽然有冬奥会与国家政策扶持和临汾市入围多所"冰雪特色学校"的机遇,但是也存在校内场馆建设难度高和课程内容设置的威胁,根据上述因素提出一些优化政策,加快冰雪运动进校园的推广工作。

By using the methods of literature review and SWOT analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools of Linfen City.The results show that Linfen City has the advantages of superior geographical and climatic conditions and rich resources of ice and snow venues outside the school,but it also has the disadvantages of weak foundation of ice and snow sports and backward economic development,Although there are opportunities for the Winter Olympic Games and national policy support,and Linfen city is shortlisted for many"ice and snow characteristic schools",there are also threats of high difficulty in the construction of school venues and curriculum content.According to the above factors,some optimization policies are put forward to speed up the promotion of ice and snow sports into the campus.
