“大一统”历史秩序与两岸关系基本结构的再思考

The Historical Order of Great Unity and the Re-examination of the Basic Structure of Cross-Strait Relations

统一国家的建构需要大历史观和整体性思维,在"大一统"历史秩序中审视两岸关系和国家统一问题,可以看到统一的艰难曲折,更可以看到统一的历史必然。在过往数十年两岸分离的政治环境中,各式各样的"台独"论述在岛内陆续提出,挑动着两岸之间的史观之争、民族认同之争和主体性之争,企图将台湾主流认同导向与中国认同和大中华意识相背离的方向;相应地,台湾社会从当局到民间、从政策面到认同面,出现了与大陆渐行渐远之势。有鉴于此,在两岸关系问题上强调中国史观认同、中华民族认同和一个中国认同的三位一体,无疑是以观念统一、文化统一和政治统一为支柱的"大一统"秩序观的现代延续。"大一统"内含多民族统一国家的历史智慧,有助于我们重新审视两岸关系历史-文化-政治的三维结构,在整体性思维中探讨两岸关系的当下困境和未来之路。

The construction of a unified country requires a grand historical view and holistic thinking. Examining the cross-Strait relations and national reunification under the historical order of "Great Unity", we can see the difficulties of reunification as well as its inevitability. In divided political environment of the past few decades, various discourses regarding "Taiwan independence" have emerged on the island, stirring up disputes over historical view, national identity and subjectivity between the two sides of the strait, attempting to deviate the identity orientation of Taiwan’s mainstream society from the Chinese identity and Greater China consciousness. As a result, Taiwan society, from the government to the people, from the policies to the identities, has gradually moved away from the Mainland. In view of this, on the issue of cross-Strait relations, the trinity based on the identities of the Chinese historical view, the Chinese nation, and the "one China", is undoubtedly a modern continuation of the "Great Unity" - a view with spiritual, cultural, and political unities as the pillars. The "Great Unity" contains the historical wisdom of a multi-ethnic unified country. It helps us re-examine the three-dimensional structure of cross-Strait relations, and explore its current predicaments and future prospects in a holistic way.
