高密度澄清池絮凝区构造水力优化数值模拟

Optimize structure of flocculation area in DENSADEG by numerical simulation

摘要 高密度澄清池在水处理中应用越来越广泛,提高其絮凝处理效果具有重要意义。该文以数值模拟为手段,通过改变高密度澄清池导流筒形状和导流板参数,以湍动能耗散率ε为评价指标,研究导流筒形状、导流板形状、尺寸和安装高度对絮凝水力条件影响。研究结果表明:方形导流筒较圆形导流筒湍动能耗散率ε更大,采用波纹板导流板较平直板导流板絮凝效果更好,导流板最佳尺寸随规模增大而增大,导流板安装高度高出导流筒时水力条件更好。 Densadeg is more and more widely used in water treatment.It is of great significance to improve the flocculation treatment effect.By means of numerical simulation,the influence on flocculation hydraulic conditions was analyzed by changing the shape of guide tube and the parameters of the guide plate.The turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rate was used as the index to evaluate the flocculation effect.There are many factors that can affect the flocculation process,including the shape of the guide tube,the shape of the guide plate,the size of the guide plate and the installation height on the hydraulic conditions of flocculation.This paper studies the above factors.The results show that the turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rate of the quadrate draft tube is higher than that of the rounded draft tube.The flocculation influence on corrugated deflector is better than the straight deflector.The optimum size of deflector increases with the increasing of the scale.Hydraulic conditions are better when the installation height of the deflector is higher than that of the guide tube.
