摘要
数字创新作为数字经济时代一种全新的创新范式,受到了高度关注。系统梳理国外数字创新文献,初步构建数字创新理论研究框架,分别评述数字技术、数字创新特征与要素、数字创新过程、数字创新类型以及组织数字化转型的研究进展,并提出对我国制造企业数字化转型五方面的启示,有助于丰富中国情境下数字创新理论研究成果,为推动我国制造企业数字化转型实践提供参考借鉴。
As a new innovation paradigm in the era of digital economy,digital innovation has received great attention.This paper systematically reviews foreign literature on digital innovation,preliminarily constructs the theoretical research framework of digital innovation,respectively reviews the research progress of digital technology,characteristics and elements of digital innovation,process of digital innovation,types of digital innovation and organizational digital transformation,and puts forward five implications for the digital transformation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.It is helpful to enrich the theory research of digital innovation in China and provide reference for promoting the practice of digital transformation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
