恐惧心理对年轻宫颈癌患者生活质量和心理健康的影响

Effect of fear on the quality of life and mental health of young patients with cervical cancer

目的探讨恐惧心理对年轻宫颈癌患者生活质量和心理健康的影响。方法将100例年轻宫颈癌患者按照恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)评分分为A组(n=44)和B组(n=56),A组患者FoP-Q-SF评分≤30分,为恐惧心理弱,B组患者FoP-Q-SF评分﹥30分,为恐惧心理强。比较两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果干预后A组患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于B组,SF-36量表中生理机能、躯体疼痛、精力、情感职能、精神健康和一般健康状况评分均明显高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论恐惧心理对年轻宫颈癌患者生活质量、心理健康均有不良影响,值得临床加以重视。

Objective To explore the effect of fear on the quality of life and mental health of young cervical cancer patients.Method A total of 100 young patients with cervical cancer were divided into group A(n=44)and group B(n=56)based on the fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF)score.Group A patients with FoP-Q-SF score≤30 of weak fear psychological,and the group B patients with FoP-Q-SF score>30 of strong fear psychological.The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the MOS item short-form health survey(SF-36)scores of the two groups were compared.Result After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of group A patients were significantly lower than those of group B;the scores of physiological function,physical pain,energy,emotional function,mental health,and general health in the SF-36 scale were significantly higher than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Fear has a negative effect on the quality of life,mental health of young cervical cancer patients,which deserves additional clinical attention.
