长三角是我国经济发展最活跃、最有潜力的地区之一,是世界上第六大都市圈。目前,长三角的一体化正上升为国家战略,长三角地区的合作与创新如火如荼地展开。对安徽而言,不断加快的长三角一体化进程既是重大发展机遇,更是巨大的发展挑战。在机遇与挑战面前,安徽省要坚持为长三角一体化建设贡献安徽力量,成为长三角一体化的优益合作者、积极参与者的基本定位,以竞争中性为原则激发市场主体活力,以供给侧结构性改革为航标推动高质量发展,以“双循环”战略为路径塑造发展新格局,着力推动标杆提升战略、特色发展战略、创新驱动战略,为实现安徽的跨越发展和赶超探寻有效路径。

The Yangtze River Delta is one of the most active and potential regions in China's economic development and the sixth largest metropolis in the world.At present,the integration of the Yangtze River Delta is becoming a national strategy,and the cooperation and innovation of the Yangtze River Delta are in full swing.For Anhui,the accelerating process of Yangtze River Delta integration is not only a major development opportunity,but also a huge development challenge.In the face of opportunities and challenges,our province should adhere to the basic positioning of contributing Anhui strength to the construction of Yangtze River Delta integration and becoming the beneficial cooperator and active participant of Yangtze River Delta integration,we should take the principle of competition neutrality to stimulate the vitality of market players,take the supply side structural reform as the navigation mark to promote high-quality development,and take the"double cycle"strategy as the path to shape a new pattern of development,we should focus on promoting the benchmarking strategy,characteristic development strategy and innovation driven strategy to explore an effective path for Anhui's leapfrog development and catching up.
