摘要
近年来为促进农村地区收入水平的提升,实现乡村振兴战略,国家多次出台文件要大力发展农村电商。农村电商在我国发展呈现出了快速发展的态势,但是新疆相对发展滞后,尤其南疆地区尤为严重。在国家的大力支持下,南疆地区农村电商的发展虽取得了一定成效,但距离东中部地区的发展水平仍有较大距离。通过分析发现,南疆农村电商发展存在发展滞后、电商主体成长较弱、基础设施不健全、农产品同质化严重、缺乏品牌建设、电商人才匮乏等问题,进而提出了相应的对策建议以促进南疆地区农村电商的发展。
In recent years,in order to promote the increase of rural income levels and realize the strategy of rural revitalization,the state has issued many documents to vigorously develop rural E-commerce.The development of rural E-commerce in China shows a trend of rapid development,but the relative development of Xinjiang is lagging behind,especially in southern Xinjiang.With the strong support of the state,although certain results have been achieved in the development of rural E-commerce in southern Xinjiang,it is still far from the development level in the eastern and central regions.Through an analysis,the development of rural E-commerce in southern Xinjiang is characterized by lagging behind,weak growth of e-commerce entities,insufficient infrastructure,serious homogeneity of agricultural products,lack of brand construction,and shortage of E-commerce talents,and then the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the development of rural E-commerce in southern Xinjiang.
