摘要
针对空管自动化系统短期冲突告警(STCA)在进行垂直方向的推测计算时因CFL高度保护参数设定不合理导致的虚警率较高、告警推测精度较差的问题,提出一种基于航空器升降率的CFL高度保护参数动态设定新方法。将CFL高度保护参数中的高度层容差值、升降率航迹保护高度值与航空器升降率建立比例关系,根据航空器的实时升降率对以上参数进行动态调整。将上述方法应用到某型空管自动化系统中,航空器在垂直方向满足短期冲突告警条件时可以及时准确的触发告警。与传统凭经验设定CFL高度保护参数的方法比较,上述方法在虚警率、告警精度等方面均优于传统经验值方法。
Aiming at the problems of high false alarm rate and poor warning prediction accuracy caused by the unreasonable setting of CFL height protection parameters when the air traffic control automation system short-term conflict alert(STCA)is calculated in the vertical direction,a new method of dynamic setting of the CFL height protection parameters based on the aircraft elevation rate is proposed.A proportional relationship of the flight level tolerance value,the elevation rate track protection height in the CFL height protection parameters with the aircraft elevation rate is established,and the above parameters are dynamically adjusted according to the aircraft’s real-time elevation rate.The above methods are applied to certain type of air traffic control automation system,and the aircraft can trigger an alarm in a timely and accurate manner when the aircraft meets the STCA conditions in the vertical direction.Compared with the traditional empirical method of setting CFL height protection parameters,the above method is superior to the traditional empirical value method in terms of false alarm rate and alarm accuracy.
