医学生职业认同现状调查与提升策略研究 被引量:9

摘要 通过调查在校医学生的职业选择、职业发展、职业认同等方面的问题来对提升医学生的职业认同感进行实践探索。选取西安交通大学423例医学专业的学生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS17.0进行数据分析。结果发现,对医学生的职业认同情况有较大影响(P<0.05)的因素主要有:报考医学类专业动机,性别以及报考原因,是否有明确的职业规划,入学前户口所在地,是否是学生干部等。面对日益降低的医护人员职业认同感,社会各界都应该对其加大重视,尤其是医学院校,应该以教育的方式引导学生进行自我的职业价值提升,为提升医学生的职业认同感和自我价值荣誉感发挥教育作用。 Through the investigation of the medical students’career choice,career development,professional identity and other aspects,this paper conducted a practical exploration to improve the medical students’professional identity.The relevant survey data of 423 subjects in Xi’an Jiaotong University were selected to analyze them,and the corresponding career promotion strategies were made.It was found that the major factors influencing the professional identity of medical students were(P<0.05):the motivation of applying for medical majors;gender and reasons for applying;clear career plan;registered residence before enrollment;student cadres and so on.Therefore,in the face of the decreasing professional identity of medical staff,all sectors of society should pay more attention to it,especially medical schools,which should guide students to enhance their professional value through education,and play an educational role in improving medical students’professional identity and sense of self-value and honor.
