我国突发公共卫生事件中重点物资的价格监管法律制度研究——以广西为例

Research on the Legal System of Prices Supervision of Key Products in China's Emergency Public Health Incidents--Taking Guangxi as an Example

经济体制改革需要重视和完善市场监管制度,不断推进监管体制改革,健全价格监管法律法规。我国价格法对价格监督检查进行了专门的规定,但并不完善,缺乏关于在特定时期如突发公共卫生事件时价格监管的规定。本文结合广西具体情况,尝试从多方面,提出完善广西突发公共卫生事件中重点物资价格监管的法律制度的建议,防止民众正当的经济权利遭受侵害。

The reform of the economic system needs to pay attention to improving the market supervision system,constantly promoting the reform of the supervision system,and perfecting the price supervision laws and regulations.China's price law has conducted special regulations on price supervision and inspection,but it is not perfect,there is no regulations on price supervision in a particular period such as emergency public health incidents.This paper will combine the specifi c situation of Guangxi,and try to improve the legal system and legal suggestions of price supervision of key products in emergency public health incidents from many aspects,which will help to prevent the legitimate economic rights of the people from being infringed.
