关于吸引台港澳青年人才来珠海就业创业的实践和思考

Practice and Thinking on Attracting Young Talents from Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao to Zhuhai for Employment and Entrepreneurship

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在新起点上全面准确贯彻“一国两制”方针。党的十九大报告指出:支持香港、澳门融入国家发展大局,制定完善便利香港、澳门居民在内地发展的政策措施;扩大两岸经济文化交流合作,实现互利互惠,逐步为台湾同胞在大陆学习、创业、就业、生活提供与大陆同胞同等的待遇,增进台湾同胞福祉。为积极贯彻落实党中央和珠海市人才发展战略部署,本文围绕“十三五”时期珠海市台港澳青年人才就业创业取得的主要成绩,分析“十四五”时期促进台港澳青年人才来珠海就业创业面临的机遇和挑战,谋划未来五年全市引进台港澳青年人才就业创业的若干措施,为“十四五”期间珠海市经济社会高质量发展提供人才支撑和智力保障。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping at the core has fully and accurately implemented the"One Country,Two Systems"policy from a new starting point.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out:support Hong Kong and Macao to integrate into the overall national development,formulate and improve policies and measures to facilitate the development of Hong Kong and Macao compatriots in the Mainland;expand cross-strait economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation,and realize mutual benefi t and mutual benefi t,gradually provide Taiwan compatriots with the same treatment as mainland compatriots in study,entrepreneurship,employment and life on the mainland,so as to improve the well-being of Taiwan compatriots.In order to actively implement the strategic deployment of talent development of the CPC Central Committee and Zhuhai City,this paper focuses on the main achievements of employment and entrepreneurship of young talents from Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao in Zhuhai during the“13th Five Year Plan”period,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by promoting the employment and entrepreneurship of young talents from Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao in Zhuhai during the“14th Five Year Plan”period,plans several measures to bring in young talents to employment and entrepreneurship from Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao into Zhuhai in the next fi ve years.Furthermore,this paper provides talent support and intellectual guarantee for the high-quality economic and social development of Zhuhai during the“14th Five Year Plan”period.
