加强企业固定资产经济安全管理探究

Research on Strengthening the Economic Safety Management of Enterprise's Fixed Assets

固定资产在企业资产组成结构中占据重要地位。新时期企业发展阻力逐渐加剧,想要获取理想的市场份额,实现既定的经济效益,就需要通过固定资产管理稳定企业自身的发展。固定资产在企业中具有不可替代性,加强企业固定资产管理有利于实现经济效益最大化。本文首先针对企业固定资产的特征进行系统的研究和分析,其次针对现阶段国内企业固定资产存在的问题进行阐述,最后以两项分析工作为基础,提出具有针对性的企业固定资产经济安全管理措施。

Fixed assets plays an important role in the enterprise assets structure.Resistance of enterprise development in the new era is greater.In order to obtain an ideal market share and realize the established economic benefits,it is necessary to stabilize the development of the enterprise itself through the management of fi xed assets.Fixed assets are irreplaceable in enterprises,and strengthening the management of fi xed assets of enterprises is conducive to maximize economic benefi ts.This paper fi rstly conducts a systematic research and analysis on the characteristics of enterprise fi xed assets,and then elaborates on the problems existing in domestic enterprise fi xed assets at this stage.Finally,it proposes targeted economic safety management measures for enterprise fi xed assets based on two analysis works.
