Basic Path of Higher Education Institutions’Participation in the Construction of Rural Lifelong Education System

教育智力扶贫与乡村人才振兴有机衔接和融合,符合高校助力构建乡村终身教育体系的基本思路。高校应发挥自身优势,积极寻求教育助力的适切点,主动参与做好助力乡村终身教育体系的顶层设计,全方位融入乡村终身教育的各个阶段,着重推进乡村重点人才群体培养项目,介入教育精准扶贫和乡村人才振兴的研究,协助完善乡村终身教育保障体系建设,为构建乡村终身教育体系做出努力。

The organic link and integration of education’s participation in poverty alleviation and realization of rural talent vitalization is in line with the basic idea of colleges and universities helping to build a rural lifelong education system.The higher educational institutions should make good use of their advantages,actively seek an adequate point of education power,participate in top-level design of rural lifelong education system,comprehensively participate in different periods of rural lifelong education,focus on promoting the training projects of key talent groups in rural areas,intervene in the research of targeted poverty alleviation through education and the revitalization of rural talents,assist in improving the construction of rural lifelong education guarantee system,and thus make contributions to the construction of lifelong education system in rural areas.
