管线地理实体编码体系与组织管理模式探索

Exploration of Pipeline Geographic Entity Coding System and Organization Management Mode

基于智慧城市建设要求和当前管线数据管理的问题,提出管线地理实体的定义和表达,明确管点地理实体和管段地理实体的特征;结合管线功能特征和空间特征,构建了基于管线地理实体类别划分的管点编码规则和管段编码规则,形成管线地理实体编码体系;从地理实体数据组织和管理角度出发,提出区别于传统的管线地理实体属性结构体系,并形成新型管线地理实体组织管理模式,基于地理实体的管线数据生产、入库与更新,能够为突破传统管线数据管理的瓶颈提供有效途径,推进管线信息共享。

Based on the requirements of smart city construction and the current pipeline data management problems,the definition and expression of pipeline geographic entities were proposed,and the characteristics of pipeline point geographic entity and pipeline segment geographic entity were clarified.Combined with the functional and spatial characteristics of pipeline,the pipeline point coding rule and pipeline segment coding rule were constructed based on the classification of pipeline geographic entity,and also the pipeline geographic entity coding system was formed.This paper put forward the attribute structure system which is different from the traditional pipeline geographic entity,and formed a new pipeline geographic entity organization and management mode.The production,storage and update mode based on pipeline geographical entity provided an effective way to break through the bottleneck of traditional pipeline data management and promoted pipeline information sharing.
