脊髓损伤患者出院指导质量与出院准备度、健康行为的相关性分析

Analysis on Correlation of Quality of Discharge Guidance with Readiness for Discharge and Health Behavior in Patients with Spinal Cord Injury

目的:分析脊髓损伤患者出院指导质量与出院准备度、健康行为的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2019年6月1日~2020年6月1日接受诊疗的94例脊髓损伤患者,通过一般资料调查表、出院指导质量量表(QDTS)、出院准备度量表(RHDS)、健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(HPLPⅡ)实施调查,并通过统计学方法分析上述调查结果的相关性。结果:本组89例(94.68%)脊髓损伤患者出院日认为已做好出院准备;脊髓损伤患者RHDS评分(7.19±2.01)分、QDTS评分(10.53±2.31)分、HPLPⅡ评分(2.16±0.42)分。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,脊髓损伤患者的出院指导质量与出院准备度呈正相关,相关性强度为中度(r=0.595,P<0.001);脊髓损伤患者的出院后健康行为与出院准备度呈正相关,相关性强度为轻度(r=0.294,P=0.010);脊髓损伤患者的出院后健康行为与出院指导质量呈正相关,相关性强度为轻度(r=0.284,P=0.009)。结论:脊髓损伤患者的出院指导质量、出院准备度及出院后健康行为仍需进一步改善,因此,医护人员需完善患者的出院指导工作,根据不同患者的健康需求确定针对性的健康计划,优化其出院效率、出院质量与安全性。

Objective:To analyze the correlation of quality of discharge guidance with readiness for discharge and health behavior in patients with spinal cord injury.Methods:Using convenience sampling method,94 patients with spinal cord injury diagnosed and treated during June 1,2019 to June 1,2020 were selected.The general information questionnaire,Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale(QDTS),Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale(RHDS),and health promoting lifestyle profileⅡ(HPLPⅡ)were used for investigation.The correlation of above investigation results was analyzed by statistical methods.Results:The 94 patients with spinal cord injury,89(94.68%)were considered ready for discharge on the day they were discharged.The average scores of RHDS,QDTS,and HPLPⅡof patients with spinal cord injury were(7.19±2.01),(10.53±2.31),and(2.16±0.42),respectively.Spearman correlation analysis found that the quality of discharge guidance was positively moderately correlated with readiness for discharge(r=0.595,P<0.001),post-discharge health behavior was mildly positively correlated with readiness for discharge(r=0.294,P=0.010),and post-discharge health behavior was mildly positively correlated with the quality of discharge guidance(r=0.284,P=0.009).Conclusion:The quality of discharge guidance,readiness for discharge and post-discharge health behavior of patients with spinal cord injury still need to be improved.Therefore,medical staff should improve discharge guidance,develop targeted health plans according to the health needs of different patients,and optimize their efficiency,quality and safety of discharge.
