摘要
目的:探讨FAST HUGS BID策略在ICU低年资护士培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月1日~12月31日ICU低年资护士79名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为实验组39名和对照组40名。对照组采用医院ICU护士常规培训,实验组在ICU护士常规培训基础上接受基于FAST HUGS BID策略制订的培训课程。比较两组护士核心能力评分情况、ICU护理不良事件发生情况、综合考核成绩、培训效果满意度。结果:实施后,实验组临床护理、专业发展、评判性思维与科研能力、综合考核成绩评分均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);实验组非计划拔管发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组授课质量、掌握程度、学习收获评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:FAST HUGS BID策略的应用有助于提升ICU低年资护士临床思维能力、重症专业技能,有效降低非计划拔管的发生率,提升培训满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of FAST HUGS BID strategy in training of junior ICU nurses.Methods:A total of 79 nurses were selected during July 1 to December 31,2019 as the research objects,using the random number table method 39 were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 40.The control group adopted routine hospital ICU nurse training,the experimental group based on ICU nurse training on the basis of conventional training accepted FAST HUGS BID strategy developed training course.Comparison was made between the two groups on core ability scores,ICU nursing adverse events,comprehensive appraisal results,training effect satisfaction.Results:After training,the clinical nursing,professional development,critical thinking and scientific research ability and comprehensive appraisal achievement scores were better in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01);The unplanned extubation rate was lower in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05);The teaching quality,mastery degree,learning harvest scores and total scores were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of FAST HUGS BID strategy can help to promote junior ICU nurses′clinical thinking ability,professional skills,effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation,and improve training satisfaction.
