膨化秸秆微生物发酵饲料对杜寒杂交肉羊瘤胃微生物区系的影响 被引量:6

摘要 本试验以秸秆的不同物理状态为切入点,研究膨化秸秆微生物发酵饲料对杜寒杂交肉羊瘤胃微生物的影响。选择3月龄、体重为(23±1.0)kg的杜寒杂交羔羊81只,随机分为对照组(70%精料+30%干秸秆)、试验Ⅰ组(70%精料+30%膨化秸秆微生物发酵饲料)和试验Ⅱ组(70%精料+30%膨化秸秆微生物发酵饲料,再额外添加占日粮总蛋白浓度10%的膨化缓释尿素NPN≥100%),每组3个重复,每个重复9只羔羊。试验期共75 d,其中预饲期15 d,正饲期60 d。结果表明:试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组的OTUs条目比对照组分别提高33.00%、145.32%,试验Ⅱ组比试验Ⅰ组提高84.44%。从物种丰度柱状图、Ternaryplot分析、OTUs聚类热图等可知,试验Ⅱ组有益菌种类多于试验Ⅰ组与对照组,致病菌种类少于其他两组。从等级聚类曲线中可以看出,试验Ⅱ组的物种丰富度高于试验Ⅰ组与对照组。 Based on the different physical state of straw,the effect of expanded straw microbial fermentation feed on the rumen microorganism of Dorper×Han crossbred sheep was studied.A total of 81 only 3 months of age,body weight(23±1.0)kg Dorper×Han crossbred lambs,were randomly divided into control group(70%concentrate+30%dry straw),test groupⅠ(70%concentrate+30%expansion of microbial fermentation of straw feed)and test groupⅡ(70%concentrate+30%concentrate puffed microbial fermentation of straw feed,then add 10%of the diet of total protein concentration puffed slow-release urea NPN≥100%),each group of 3 repetitions,each repeated 9 lambs.The experimental period was 75 days,including 15 days of pre-feeding and 60 days of normal feeding.The results showed that the OTUs entries of test groupⅠand test groupⅡwere 33.00%and 145.32%higher than those of control group,and the OTUs entries of test groupⅡwere 84.44%higher than those of test groupⅠ.According to the species abundance histogram,Ternaryplot analysis and OTUs cluster heat map,the species of beneficial bacteria in groupⅡwere more than those in groupⅠand control group,and the species of pathogenic bacteria were less than those in other two groups.It could be seen from the hierarchical clustering curve that the species richness of test groupⅡwas higher than that of test groupⅠand control group.
