基于城市管理公众满意模型的成都市饲料行政执法效果评价

Effect evaluation of feed administrative law enforcement in Chengdu based on public satisfaction model of urban management

为对成都市饲料行政执法成效进行评价,本文以城市管理公众满意模型为框架,采用层次分析法-模糊数学综合评价法对成都市饲料行政执法成效进行评价。结果表明:成都市饲料行政执法整体成效令人满意。但是在公众信任与参与、信息公开、法律法规宣传等方面还存在一些问题。因此,成都市饲料行政执法未来要重点对鼓励公众参与,赢得公众信任,强化普法教育,完善信息公开制度等进一步完善。

To evaluate the effect of feed administrative law enforcement in Chengdu.Based on the public satisfaction model of urban management,the analytic hierarchy process fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the effectiveness of feed administrative law enforcement in Chengdu.The results showed that the overall effect of feed administrative law enforcement in Chengdu was satisfactory.However,there were still some problems in public trust and participation,information disclosure,laws and regulations publicity.In conclusion feed administrative law enforcement in Chengdu should focus on encouraging public participation,winning public trust,strengthening law popularization education and improving information disclosure system in the future.
