凝结芽孢杆菌BC66对团头鲂脏器组织形态及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Bacillus coagulans BC66 on tissue and organ metabolism and immune function of Blunt snout bream(Megalobrama amblycephala)

摘要 为探讨凝结芽孢杆菌BC66对团头鲂脏器组织形态及血清生化指标的影响,试验选取体重(26.5±0.7)g的健康团头鲂幼苗180尾,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组为基础日粮+0.15‰的凝结芽孢杆菌BC66制剂,试验30 d。结果表明:试验组投喂团头鲂凝结芽孢杆菌BC66后,腹腔充血状况极大改善,肠道壁毛细血管充血现象消失,韧性增强。试验组前、后肠道组织更紧密,肠上皮细胞溶解现象明显减少。试验组团头鲂肝脏、肾脏组织紧密性增强,分布更为均匀,体现出更好的代谢及排泄功能。试验组团头鲂血红蛋白浓度较试验初期提升了20.6%,较末期对照组提升了12.3%。红细胞数量较试验初期降低了31.3%,比末期对照组降低26.5%。白细胞数量较试验初期提升了41.1%,比末期对照组高出11.5%。饲喂凝结芽孢杆菌后,团头鲂总蛋白、白蛋白含量较试验初期分别提升了32.6%、26.0%,尿素氮指标较试验初期降低了28.8%。谷氨酸氨基转移酶和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶较试验初期分别降低了8.4%、15.0%,碱性磷酸酶指标试验前后基本无变化。综上,日粮中添加凝结芽孢杆菌可改善团头鲂肠、肝、肾组织形态,提升血红蛋白及总蛋白水平,有助于机体消化和代谢功能。 To investigate the effects of Bacillus coagulans BC66 on viscera tissue morphology and serum biochemical indices of Blunt anout bream,180 healthy fry with an initial body weight of(26.5±0.7)g were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 repeats per group and 30 fish per repeat.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the experimental group was fed a basal diet+0.15‰Bacillus coagulans BC66 preparation,feeding for 30 days.The results showed that after Bacillus coagulans was fed to the experimental group,abdominal congestion was greatly improved,intestinal wall capillary congestion disappeared,and toughness was enhanced.In the experimental group,the intestinal tissue was closer in anterior and posterior segments,and the lysis of intestinal epithelial cells was significantly reduced.The liver and kidney tissues of blunt anout bream in experimental group were more compact and evenly distributed,showing better metabolic and excretory functions.The hemoglobin concentration in experimental group was increased by 20.6%compared with the initial stage of the experiment,and increased by 12.3%compared with the control group at the end of the experiment.The number of red blood cells decreased by 31.3%compared with the beginning of the experiment,and increased by 36.1%compared with the control group at the end of the experiment.White blood cell count increased by 41.1%compared with the beginning of the trial and 11.5%higher than the control group at the end of the trial.After feeding Bacillus coagulans,total protein and albumin contents increased by 32.6%and 26.0%,respectively,and urea nitrogen index decreased by 28.8%compared with the initial stage of the experiment.The levels of ALT and AST decreased by 8.4%and 15.0%,respectively,and AKP had little change before and after the experiment.In conclusion that dietary Bacillus coagulans BC66 could improve the morphological features of intestinal,liver and kidney tissues,improve the levels of hemoglobin and total protein,and contribute to digestive and metabolic functions of blunt anout bream.
