急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿外周血Netrin-1与血小板水平的相关性及对预后的影响

Correlation and Prognostic of Peripheral Blood Netrin-1 and Platelet Levels in Children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

目的探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿外周血Netrin-1与血小板水平的相关性以及对预后的影响。方法选取65例ALL患儿设为观察组,50名健康儿童设为对照组;对2组Netrin-1与血小板水平进行比较,以及对观察组在不同临床指标和不同危险度分级下Netrin-1与血小板水平进行比较,并对其相关性进行分析。结果观察组Netrin-1水平显著高于对照组、PLT水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),MPV、PDW 2组比较无统计学差异(P<0.05)。Netrin-1在不同PLT水平下存在显著性差异(P<0.05),但与性别、淋巴结肿大、骨质破坏、肾脏浸润、复发、染色体异常等临床指标中无显著相关性(P>0.05)。随着患儿危险度分级增加Netrin-1水平显著升高,PLT显著降低(P<0.05);经Pearson检验,Netrin-1水平与PLT呈负相关(γ=-0.034,P=0.019),其水平越高,患儿PLT水平越低,出血风险越大,预后越差。结论急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿外周血Netrin-1水平存在异常表达,与PLT呈负相关,其水平越高,患儿预后越差。

Objective To investigate the correlation between peripheral blood Netrin-1 and platelet levels in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and its influence on prognosis.Methods Select 65 children with ALL as the observation group and 50 healthy children as the control group;compare the levels of in the 2 groups,and compare the Netrin-1 and platelet levels of the observation group under different clinical indicators and different risk levels.Results The level of Netrin-1 in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the level of PLT was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between MPV and PDW(P<0.05);Netrin-1 existed at different PLT levels Significant difference(P<0.05),no significant correlation in clinical indicators such as gender,lymphadenopathy,bone destruction,renal infiltration,recurrence,chromosomal abnormality,etc.(P>0.05);Netrin increases with the risk of children-1 level was significantly increased,PLT significantly decreased(P<0.05);Pearson test,Netrin-1 level was negatively correlated with PLT(γ=-0.034,P=0.019),the higher the level,the lower the PLT level of child,the greater the risk of bleeding,the worse the prognosis.Conclusion There is abnormal expression of Netrin-1 in peripheral blood of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia,which is negatively correlated with PLT.The higher the level,the worse the prognosis of children.
