彩色多普勒超声在乳腺结节诊断中的价值

Investigation on the Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Patients with Breast Nodules

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺结节诊断中的价值。方法选取100例乳腺结节患者为研究对象,采用彩色多普勒超声进行检查,然后将其中良性与恶性病灶患者及恶性病灶患者中不同疾病分期患者的CDFI血流分级及动脉血流参数进行比较。结果恶性病灶患者的CDFI血流分级2级与3级者比例高于良性病灶患者,PSV、PI及RI值均高于良性病灶患者,P均<0.05。而恶性病灶患者中分期较高者的CDFI血流分级2级与3级者比例高于分期较低的患者,PSV、PI及RI值均高于分期较低的患者,P均<0.05。结论彩色多普勒超声在乳腺结节诊断中的价值较高,其对于良恶性病灶的鉴别及恶性病灶的分期有积极的临床诊断意义。

Objective To observe and investigate the value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with breast nodules.Methods 100 patients with breast nodules were selected as the research object,and they were detected with Color Doppler Ultrasound,then the CDFI blood flow classification and arterial blood flow parameters of patients with benign and malignant lesions were compared,then the statistical results of those indexes of patients with different stages of malignant lesions were compared.Results The CDFI blood flow grade 2 and grade 3 rates of patients with malignant lesions were higher than those of patients with benign lesions,the PSV,PI and RI value were all higher than those of patients with benign lesions,and the CDFI blood flow grade 2 and grade 3 rates of patients with higher stages of malignant lesions were all higher than those of patients with lower stages of malignant lesions,the PSV,PI and RI value were all higher than those of patients with lower stages of malignant lesions,all P<0.05,the differences were significant.Conclusion The value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with breast nodules are high,and it has active clinical diagnostic significance for the differentiation of benign and malignant lesions,staging of malignant lesions.
