降金镐妇科验案举隅

JIANG Jingao's experience in treating gynecological diseases

介绍降金镐诊治子宫肿瘤及乳房疾病经验。降金镐为河北中医妇科名家,临床经验丰富,善于内治外治相结合治疗妇科疾病。1956年,降金镐任职于河北中医学院,为河北中医妇科教育事业的开创者之一。子宫肿瘤常用引精止血汤、玉液金丹口服,配合大戟枳壳汤、菱角汤外洗;乳房疾病常用自拟经验方剂,配合冲和膏等外敷治疗。降金镐精于妇科,治疗疑难病证举重若轻,从验案中可见其对相关方药有深入的认识与体会,既敢于大剂量使用单味中药,也常用小剂量调治,均有良好疗效。

This paper introduces the experience in diagnosis and treatment of uterine tumors and breast diseases.JIANG Jingao is a famous gynecologist of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hebei Province.He has rich clinical experience and is good at treating gynecological diseases by combining internal and external treatment.In 1956,JIANG Jingao taught in Hebei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine,he was a pioneer of TCM gynecology education.Yinjingzhixue decoction,Yuye Jindan,with Euphorbia trifoliate decoction,Lingjiao decoction are applied in treating uterine tumors.Breast diseases are often treated by self-made empirical formula,combined with external application such as Chonghe Gao.JIANG Jingao is good at treating gynecology and good at treating difficult and complicated diseases.It can be seen from the cases that they have a deep understanding and experience of related prescription medicine,in the use of single Chinese medicine in large doses,and often use in small doses of regulation,which have good curative effects.
