对《双曲线冷却塔施工与质量验收规范》(GB 50573-2010)中6.4.4条的思考

摘要 现有的《双曲线冷却塔施工与质量验收规范》(GB 50573-2010)中第6.4.4条规定:采用悬挂式脚手架翻模施工,浇筑混凝土时最上层承力层混凝土强度不应小于2MPa。然而,根据实际设计图纸及荷载条件,规范中6.4.4条的规定偏于冒险,当进行混凝土浇筑时,荷载对混凝土的局部压强超过2MPa,即:规范中6.4.4条的规定不能保障施工绝对安全。 As per the Article 6.4.4 in the existing“Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Hyperbolic Cooling Tower Engineering”(GB 50573-2010):when suspended scaffold turnover form construction technology is used,the concrete strength of the uppermost bearing layer should not be less than 2 MPa for casting concrete.However,according to the actual design drawings and load conditions,the provisions of Article 6.4.4 in the Code are risky.When the concrete is casting,the local pressure of the load on the concrete exceeds 2 MPa,that is:the provisions of Article 6.4.4 in the Code cannot guarantee the absolutely safe construction.
