合同管理是水利施工单位对员工实施合理化管理的重要手段,是提高单位效益、防范施工风险的必要措施。如何深化施工合同管理,最大限度地调动员工的劳动积极性和创造性,防范施工风险,是水利施工单位必须认真考虑和严肃对待的问题。本文通过对施工合同签订双方地位与责任义务的分析,从注重合同细节、规范合同文本、强化合同履约过程的管理、控制施工合同风险的转移等几个方面,提出了防范施水利工作合同管理风险的对策,对水利施工单位防范合同风险具有一定的指导作用。

Contract management is an important method for water conservancy construction units to implement rational management of employees,and is a necessary measure to increase unit benefit and prevent construction risks.How to deepen the management of construction contracts,maximize the working enthusiasm and creativity of employees,and prevent construction risks are issues that water conservancy construction units must seriously consider and take seriously.This article analyzes the status and responsibilities of both parties signing the construction contracts,proposes the countermeasures to prevent contract management risks for water conservancy work from several aspects such as focusing on the details of the contract,standardizing the text of the contract,strengthening the management of the contract performance process,and controlling the transfer of construction contract risks,and has certain guiding role in preventing contract risks for water conservancy construction units.
