依托枢纽机场的临空经济区规划策略研究

Research on Planning Strategy of Airport Economic Zone Relying on Pivot Airport

依托于枢纽机场的动能与流量,临空经济区日益成为城市建设与经济增长引擎。本文借鉴上海虹桥商务区的高质量规划建设经验,从土地出让机制、空铁联运的步行体系打造、地下空间开发以及公共服务设施打造等方面进行总结,为国内枢纽机场建设临空经济区提供建议与参考。

Relying on the kinetic energy and flow of the pivot airport,the airport economic zone has become an engine of urban construction and economic growth.This article investigates the high-quality planning and construction experience of Shanghai Hongqiao Business District,and summarizes the land transfer mechanism,the construction of the pedestrian system of air-rail transportation,the development of underground space and the construction of public service facilities,and provides suggestions and reference for the construction of the airport economic zone in domestic pivot airports.
