葡萄糖酸一步法制备虾壳葡萄酸钙

摘要 【目的】开展虾壳的葡萄糖酸脱钙工艺研究,建立可应用于规模化生产的虾壳葡萄糖酸钙制备工艺。【方法】以脱钙率为评价指标,首先通过单因素试验分析葡萄糖酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间、料液比对虾壳脱钙效果的影响;其次采取拟水平均匀设计U10*(5^(4))进行试验,其数据通过DPS 7.05软件进行处理来预测最佳反应条件;最后验证最佳反应条件下的虾壳脱钙率。【结果】虾壳的葡萄糖酸脱钙工艺最佳反应条件为料液比(g/mL)1∶25、反应温度25℃、反应时间2.5 h、酸浓度0.5 mol/L,此条件下所得虾壳脱钙率高达(93.78±0.36)%。红外光谱和元素分析结果表明制备的葡萄糖酸钙纯度较高。【结论】最佳反应条件下,葡萄糖酸表现出较好的虾壳脱钙效果(>93%),其脱钙过程符合固膜扩散收缩核动力学模型,可实现一步法制备葡萄糖酸钙。 【Objective】To establish a large-scale production method for calcium gluconate from shrimp shells.【Method】The decalcification rate was used as the evaluation index.Firstly,the effects of gluconic acid concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and solid-liquid ratio on decalcification rate were analyzed via a single factor test.Secondly,based on the results of the above single factor test,the quasi-horizontal uniform design experimentation U10*(54)was conducted,and the experimental data were processed by DPS 7.05 software to predict the theoretical optimum reaction condition.Finally,the decalcification rate of shrimp shells under the optimal reaction conditions was verified via a verification test.【Result】Under the theoretical optimum reaction conditions,including the solid-liquid ratio at 1∶25,reaction temperature at 25℃,reaction time at 2.5 h,the gluconic acid concentration at 0.5 mol/L,a verification test was performed,and the decalcification rate was high to(93.78±0.36)%.The results of infrared spectrum and elemental analysis characterization demonstrated the calcium gluconate had high purity.【Conclusion】Gluconic acid shows a better decalcification effect of shrimp shells(>93%),and the demineralization process is conformed to the solid film diffusion shrinkage core dynamics model.The calcium gluconate can be synthesized by direct decalcification with gluconic acid.
