我国居民利用医疗服务的影响因素与对策研究——基于2018年CFPS数据

On the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Residents’Medical Service Utilization--Based on the 2018 CFPS Data

针对我国目前居民利用医疗服务城乡差异大、医疗服务便捷性和居民对医疗服务评价不够高、居民健康状况不够理想和慢性病患病率有所上升导致医疗服务消耗加大等问题,利用2018年中国家庭追踪调查(简称CFPS)数据,控制本研究的相关变量,采用Probit模型就不同变量对居民的医疗机构偏好选择和医疗服务的便捷性进行回归分析,进而分析各因素对我国居民利用医疗服务的差异性影响。基于实证分析结果,提出相应对策:缩小城乡医疗差距,加大对农村地区医疗卫生资源投入;提高利用医疗服务的便捷性,满足居民医疗服务需求;提高居民健康意识,增强身体素质,预防慢性疾病。

In view of the current problems in China,such as the large difference between urban and rural residents in the use of medical services,the convenience of medical services and residents’evaluation of medical services are not high enough,residents’health status is not ideal enough,and the increased prevalence of chronic diseases leads to increased consumption of medical services.In this study,CFPS data in 2018 were used to control the relevant variables of this study,and Probit model was used to conduct regression analysis of different variables on the residents’preference for medical institutions and the convenience of medical services,and then analyze the differential influence of various factors on residents’use of medical services in China.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward:narrowing the medical gap between urban and rural areas,increasing the investment in medical and health resources in rural areas;increasing the convenience of medical service utilization to meet the needs of residents’medical services;improving residents’health awareness,enhancing physical fitness,and preventing chronic diseases.
