1型和2型辅助性T细胞平衡对卵巢癌的影响

摘要 辅助性T淋巴细胞可以分化为Th1型(Th1)或Th2型(Th2)两种细胞,辅助性T淋巴细胞通过控制细胞介导的免疫和体液免疫在免疫反应中起着主要作用。每个细胞亚群都分泌一系列特定的细胞因子。1型和2型辅助性T细胞之间的平衡(Th1-Th2平衡)与癌症密切相关,但与卵巢癌的相关性仍未得到证实。本文综述了用于卵巢癌诊断、治疗和预后评估的Th1-Th2平衡。本文介绍了通过分析外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)中辅助性T1型(Th1)和辅助性T2型(Th2)人群的比例来评估卵巢癌患者的免疫状态的原理。 Helper T lymphocytes can differentiate into either Th1(Th1)or Th2(Th2)types of cells,and helper T lymphocytes play a major role in immune response by controlling cell-mediated immunity and humoralimmunity.Each subpopulation of cells secretes a specific set of cytokines.A balance between helper T cells of type 1 and type 2(Th1-Th2 balance)is strongly associated with cancer,but the correlation with ovarian cancer has not been proven.This paper mtrodued the Th1-Th2 balance for the diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of ovarian cancer.The theory of this method was to assess the immune status of ovarian cancer patients by analyzing the proportion of peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL)with helper type T1(Th1)and helper type T2(Th2).
