骨康胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠对老年骨质疏松患者相关指标的影响及疗效分析

Therapeutic effects of Gukang capsule combined with alendronate on senile osteoporosis

目的探讨骨康胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠对老年骨质疏松患者的治疗效果。方法选取辽阳市中心医院诊断为骨质疏松症的老年患者(≥65岁)90例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠10 mg,1次/d口服;观察组除阿仑膦酸钠同时给予骨康胶囊1.6 g,3次/d口服。所有患者于服药前及服药3个月时检测常规指标及25-羟维生素D(VitD)、甲状旁腺素、总1型胶原N-端延长肽(TP1NP)、β-胶原特殊序列(β-CROSSL)水平。并选择同一时间的健康体检人群50例,检测相同的项目。结果骨质疏松患者观察组及对照组血清中Ca、P、VitD、PTH-MY、β-CROSSEL、tPINP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨质疏松患者观察组治疗后与治疗前相比较,血清中VitD水平显著升高(P<0.05),PTH-MY、β-CROSSEL、tPINP水平显著下降(P<0.05),Ca、P的水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨质疏松患者对照组治疗后与治疗前相比较,血清中VitD水平明显升高(P<0.05),PTH-MY、β-CROSSEL、tPINP水平明显下降(P<0.05),Ca、P的水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨质疏松患者观察组及对照组后,观察组血清中PTH-MY、β-CROSSEL、tPINP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),VitD水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),血清中Ca、P水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨康胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠对老年骨质疏松患者有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Gukang capsule combined with alendronate on senile osteoporosis.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients(≥65 years)with osteoporosis were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by oral alendronate 10mg,once a day,however,the patients in observation group,on the basi of control group,were treated by Gukang capsule 1,6g,three times a day.The levels of 25 hydroxyvitd,parathyroid hormone,total type 1 collagen N-terminal elongation peptide(tp1np),andβ-collagen specific sequence(β-Crossl)before treatment and after 3-month treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Moreover the other 50 healthy subjects were enrolled in the study,and the the above indexes were detected.Results Before treatment there were no significant differences in the levels of Ca,P,VitD,PTH-MY,β-CROSSEL,tPINP between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the serum levels of VitD in both groups were significantly increased,and the serum levels of PTH-MY,β-CROSSEL,tPINP were significantly decreased(P<0.05),however there were no significant differences in the levels of Ca and P before treatment and after treatment(P>0.05).Moreover the serum levels of PTH-MY,β-CROSSEL,tPINP in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the levels of VitD were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however,there were no significant differences in the levels of Ca and P between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Gukang capsule combined with alendronate sodium has better therapeutic effects on senile osteoporosis.
