改良简化Valsalva动作急诊治疗阵发性室上性心动过速效果分析

Therapeutic effects of modified simplified Valsalva maneuver in treatment of PSVT in emergency department

目的探讨在急诊中应用改良简化Valsalva动作治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月急诊科接诊的36例阵发性室上性心动过速患者(排除房颤和房扑),采用随机数字表法,将患者分为标准Valsalva动作组(标准组)和改良Valsalva动作简化组(改良简化组),每组18例。比较2组患者临床基本特征和恢复窦性心律成功率。结果改良简化组患者复律成功率较标准组明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组复转后血压,治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改良简化Valsava动作在急诊治疗阵发性室上性心动过速,简单易行,疗效确切,复律成功率高,有效节省治疗时间和花费,可以作为急诊科常规治疗手段。

Objective To investigate the effects of modified simplified Valsalva maneuver in treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT)in emergency department.Methods Thirty-six patients with PSVT who were treated in emergency department of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into the standard Valsalva maneuver group and the modified Valsalva maneuver group,with 18 cases in each group.The basic clinical characteristics and the success rate of restoring sinus rhythm were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of restoring sinus rhythm in modified Valsalva maneuver group was significantly higher than that in standard Valsalva maneuver group(P<0.05).However there was no significant difference in the incidence rates of complications during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified simplified Valsalva maneuver is simple and easy to be performed in emergency department in treatment of PSVT,with definite curative effects and higher success rate of resuscitation,which can effectively save treatment time and cost,thus,which can be used as a routine treatment way in emergency department.
