西黄丸联合GP方案对晚期乳腺癌患者炎性因子、氧化应激及增殖、侵袭基因表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究西黄丸联合GP方案对晚期乳腺癌患者炎性因子、氧化应激及增殖、侵袭基因表达的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年4月收治的晚期乳腺癌患者110例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。2组均给予GP方案治疗,观察组在GP方案基础上加用西黄丸治疗。比较2组治疗前后血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]、氧化应激[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]及病灶组织增殖基因(Bad、Beclin、PKM2、ZIC1)、侵袭基因(RSK4m1、PDK4、TMEM158、Wnt1)mRNA表达量。结果2组治疗前TNF-α、hs-CRP、MDA、SOD、GSH-Px、Bad、Beclin、PKM2、ZIC1、RSK4m1、PDK4、TMEM158、Wnt1 mRNA表达、SF-36量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后TNF-α、hs-CRP、MDA、PKM2、ZIC1、TMEM158、Wnt1 mRNA表达均较治疗前降低,SOD、GSH-Px、Bad、Beclin、RSK4m1、PDK4 mRNA表达、SF-36量表评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组TNF-α、hs-CRP、MDA、PKM2、ZIC1、TMEM158、Wnt1 mRNA表达低于对照组,SOD、GSH-Px、Bad、Beclin、RSK4m1、PDK4 mRNA表达、SF-36量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西黄丸联合GP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌能够明显降低炎性因子和氧化应激,并调控增殖、侵袭基因表达,从而改善患者生活质量,有较大临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the effects of Xihuang pills combined with GP chemotherapy on inflammatory cytokines,oxidative stress and proliferation and invasion genes expression in patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with advanced breast cancer who wer etreated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were treated by GP chemotherapy,on that basis,those in observation group were treated by Xihuang pills.The levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP,MDA,SOD,GSH-Px and the expression levels of Bad,Beclin,PKM2,ZIC1,RSK4m1,PDK4,TMEM158 and Wnt1 mRNA before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treating,there were no significant differences in levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP,MDA,SOD,GSH-Px and the expression levels of Bad,Beclin,PKM2,ZIC1,RSK4m1,PDK4,TMEM158,Wnt1 mRNA as well as life quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP,MDA and the expression levels of PKM2,ZIC1,TMEM158 and Wnt1 mRNA in both groups were significantly decreased,however,the levels of SOD,GSH-Px and the expression of Bad,Beclin,RSK4m1,PDK4 mRNA and life quality scores were significantly increased(P<0.05).Moreover,the decrease degree and increase degree in observation group were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xihuang pills combined with GP chemotherapy can effectively decrease inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress,regulate the expression of proliferation and invasion genes,so as to improve the life quality of patients,therefore,which has higher clinical application value.
