基于需要层次理论的人性化管理对老年髋关节置换术患者术后并发症的预防效果

Effects of humanized management based on the hierarchy of needs theory on the complications in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after hip replacement

目的分析基于需要层次理论的人性化护理对老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术患者并发症预防效果。方法选定2018年1月至2020年7月住院治疗的老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术患者50例,以单盲随机抽样法分组(每组25例),参照组采纳传统护理,试验组采纳基于需要层次理论的人性化护理,对比2组SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分、Harris评分、并发症发生率、住院时间。结果试验组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分均低于参照组,试验组护理后Harris评分高于参照组,试验组并发症发生率(4.00%)低于参照组(28.00%),试验组住院时间短于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于需要层次理论的人性化护理可有效减轻老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术患者不良情绪,改善髋关节功能,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effects of humanized nursing based on the hierarchy of needs theory on the complications in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after hip replacement.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who were treated by hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by traditional nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by humanized nursing based on the hierarchy of needs theory.The SAS score,SDS score,VAS score,Harris score,complication rate,the length of staying in hospital and incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the SAS scores,SDS scores,and VAS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the Harris scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the incidence rate of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(4.00%vs 28.00%,P<0.05),and the length of staying in hospital in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing based on the hierarchy of needs theory can effectively alleviate the bad mood of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing hip replacement surgery,which can improve hip joint function,reduce the incidence of complications,and shorten the length of staying in hospital.
