格林模式健康教育在全瓷贴面修复护理中的应用价值

Application value of Green mode health education in whole porcelain veneer restoration

目的研究格林模式健康教育在全瓷贴面修复过程中的应用价值。方法采用格林模式设计调查问卷,评估11例口腔修复科护士对全瓷贴面修复的知识、态度、行为现状,根据测评结果制定健康教育措施。干预后再次进行问卷调查,比较干预前后护士在不同维度的提高情况,同时调查医护人员对护理质量满意度变化,并对干预前后贴面修复病例进行12个月随访,统计贴面修复失败及并发症发生情况。结果与干预前比较,干预后护士在全瓷贴面修复护理配合的知识维度、态度维度、行为维度得分及护理服务质量均有显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后贴面修复12个月失败率、并发症发生率均低于干预前,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论格林模式健康教育可以提高护士对全瓷贴面修复的护理知识、态度及主动行为,提高护理配合质量,降低短期内贴面修复失败率。

Objective To investigate the application value of Green mode health education in whole porcelain veneer restoration.Methods Questionnaire based on Green mode was used to investigate the current situation of the nurses in knowledge,attitude and behavior trend about whole porcelain veneer restoration.According to the results,targeted measures were instituted and applied for 6 months.Then the Questionnaire was used again to investigate the changes of the nurses in knowledge,attitude and behavior aspects.Moreover the satisfaction degree about the nursing quality and failure rates of the restoration after 12-month follow up were observed and statistically analyzed.Results As compared with those before the intervention,the scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior trend of the nurses were significantly improved(P<0.05).Moreover the satisfaction degree scores about the nursing quality were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the failure rates of the restoration after the health education were significantly decreased(P>0.05).Conclusion Green mode health education can improve the level of nurses in knowledge,attitude and behavior trend about whole porcelain veneer restoration,and improve the nursing cooperation quality,and decrease the failure rate of the restoration.
