精神分裂症合并失眠症患者的心理弹性支持及认知护理干预研究

Effects of psychoelastic support and cognitive nursing intervention on patients with schizophrenia complicated by insomnia

目的分析心理弹性支持结合认知护理干预对精神分裂症合并失眠症患者的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2020年3月收治的精神分分裂症合并失眠患者80例作为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用心理弹性支持及认知护理干预。对比分析2组护理前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、失眠严重程度指数(ISI)、简明精神病量表(BPRS)评分、生活质量变化及满意度。结果护理后,观察组的PSQI、ISI评分明显低于对照组,而BPRS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的生理职能、社会职能、自我认知、心理职能均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理弹性支持与认知护理结合干预精神分裂症合并失眠症效果明显,可提高睡眠质量,改善精神状态,进一步提高生活质量及满意度,可在临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effects of psychoelastic support and cognitive nursing intervention on patients with schizophrenia complicated by insomnia.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia complicated by insomnia who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,those in observation group were treated by psychological elastic support and cognitive intervention.Moreover Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),insomnia severity index(ISI),Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)score,life quality and satisfaction degree before and after nursing were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the PSQI scores and ISI scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the BPRS scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the physiological function,social functions,self-awareness and psychological function as well as satisfaction degree of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of psychological elastic support and cognitive nursing has obvious effects in treatment of schizophrenia complicated by insomnia,which can improve sleep quality and mental state,and further improve the life quality and satisfaction degree of patients,therefor,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
