大学生对突发性事件舆情关注特点与应对机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 高校作为新冠疫情重大突发公共卫生事件中的一个舆论场域,其场域舆情与整个社会新冠舆情具有共生性,又具有独特性。本文通过对大学生新冠疫情突发性事件舆情关注的调查,梳理出大学生对新冠疫情的关注特点。同时分析了高校突发性事件应对现状与问题,包括舆情危机预防的长效机制弱化、舆情真相发布的延时性与阐释的不充分性、舆情危机恢复期信任机制构建缺失等。结合湖北高校在新冠舆情事件中的应对措施,总结出高校突发性事件舆情危机的阶段应对方案:危机潜伏期进行及时危机预警,突发期厘清事情真相,蔓延期处理核心关切,解决期重新建构高校组织与学生彼此的信任关系,恢复高校的良好形象。 As a public opinion field in the major public health emergencies of the COVID-19 epidemic,the public opinion in the field is symbiotic and unique with that of the whole society.In this paper,the characteristics of college students'attention to the COVID-19 outbreak were sorted out through the investigation of college students'public concerns about the sudden events of COVID-19.At the same time,it analyzes the current situation and problems of emergency response in colleges and universities,including the weakening of the long-term mechanism of public opinion crisis prevention,the delay of public opinion truth release and the insufficiency of interpretation,and the lack of trust mechanism construction in the recovery period of public opinion crisis.Combined with hubei colleges and universities in the new measures of public opinion,summed up the response:the stage of unexpected events of college public opinion crisis,crisis incubation period of crisis early warning,timely emergency period to clarify the truth,spread period processing core concerns,to solve period to construct the university organization and students trust each other,to restore the good image of colleges and universities.
