摘要
中国房地产业历经了30多年的辉煌发展,同时也积攒了很多亟待解决的问题。本文通过解析中国房地产企业前三强存在的问题,并比较分析日本房地产企业经过房地产泡沫破裂后的调进入多元化经营发展阶段。希望给中国房地产业发展带来借鉴和启示,推动中国房地产业持续高质量发展。
China's real estate industry has brilliantly developed for more than 30 years,as the same time,it was precipitated many problems to be solved.This paper focuses on the analysis of the single business of the top three China's real estate enterprises,compared with the Japanese real estate enterprises that had been entered the stage of mature development during the adjustment period after the bubble burst,which can bring reference and inspiration for the development of China's real estate industry by diversification of Japanese real estate enterprises,so as to promote the high-quality development of China's real estate industry.
