多发性骨髓瘤患者血脂的检测及临床意义

Detection of blood lipids in patients with multiple myeloma and its clinical significance

目的:探讨分期不同的多发性骨髓瘤患者化疗前后血脂水平变化的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析西南医科大学附属医院2013年05月至2018年08月121例初诊多发性骨髓瘤患者一般资料,并以体检中心健康人群作为正常对照组,比较多发性骨髓瘤不同分期的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、白蛋白(ALB)水平,比较48例多发性骨髓瘤患者化疗前后血脂及白蛋白、β2微球蛋白水平。结果:多发性骨髓瘤不同分期的血脂水平不同,Ⅲ期TC、HDL水平最低,患者化疗后血脂水平较化疗前有所升高,化疗后β2微球蛋白水平较化疗前降低。结论:血脂的监测对疾病的进展及化疗效果的判断有重要的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of blood lipid changes before and after chemotherapy in patients with multiple myeloma of different stages.Methods:121 cases of patients newly diagnosed multiple myeloma from the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from May 2013 to August 2018 were used as the observation group,and the healthy people in the physical examination center were used as the normal control group.Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and plasma albumin(ALB)at different stages were compared between the two groups.The blood lipid and albumin,β2-microglobulin before and after chemotherapy in the observation group were compared.Results:Multiple myeloma had different blood lipid levels in different stages,with the lowest levels of TC and HDL in stageⅢ.Blood lipid level after chemotherapy was higher than before chemotherapy,andβ2 microglobulin level after chemotherapy was lower than before chemotherapy.Conclusion:The monitoring of blood lipids has important clinical significance for the clinical staging and the judgment of the effect of chemotherapy.
