沙利度胺减轻肿瘤患者伊立替康化疗毒性及改善生活质量的临床观察

Clinical observation of thalidomide reducing irinotecan toxicity of chemotherapy and improving life quality in patients with tumor

目的:探讨沙利度胺能否减轻肿瘤患者伊立替康化疗引起的恶心、呕吐等毒副反应。方法:纳入2016年01月至2019年10月间155例使用伊立替康化疗的晚期胃癌、食管癌及结直肠癌患者,分成对照组、沙利度胺组、解痉药组、阿普唑仑组。结果:沙利度胺组患者应用伊立替康化疗后SPIEGEL量表、SS-QOL评分有显著提高(P<0.05),化疗相关恶心、呕吐明显改善,这些患者的失眠率也明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:沙利度胺能有效缓解使用伊立替康化疗的肿瘤患者化疗毒副反应,并可改善睡眠,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of thalidomide on reducing nausea and vomiting caused by irinotecan in tumor patients.Methods:Inclusion of 155 patients with advanced gastric cancer,esophageal cancer and colorectal cancer who received irinotecan chemotherapy from January 2016 to October 2019 were included and divided into control group,thalidomide group,antispasmodics group,and alprazole Group.Results:The SPIEGEL scale and SS-QOL score of patients in the thalidomide group were significantly improved after irinotecan chemotherapy(P<0.05).Chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting and the insomnia rate were also significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thalidomide can effectively alleviate toxic side effects of chemotherapy and improve sleep and the quality of life in patients treated with irinotecan.
