摘要 靶向调控线粒体代谢是治疗肿瘤的潜在手段。代谢重编程可以提高肿瘤代谢抑制剂在肿瘤治疗中的作用,尤其是治疗手段有限的恶性肿瘤(如三阴性乳腺癌)。本文总结了靶向线粒体代谢在三阴性乳腺癌治疗中的研究进展,以期进一步认识和应用靶向线粒体代谢的药物。 Targeted regulation of mitochondrial metabolism is a potential means of treating tumors.Metabolic reprogramming can enhance the role of tumor metabolism inhibitors in the treatment of cancer,especially malignant tumors with limited treatment,such as triple-negative breast cancer.This article summarizes the research progress of targeting mitochondrial metabolism in triple-negative breast cancer,with a view to further understanding and applying drugs targeting mitochondrial metabolism.
