Multimodal fusion technology has attracted more and more attention in the fields of biometric recognition and human motion recognition. This paper introduces the technical background of multimodal technology and its fusion algorithm, and discusses the implementation of multimodal fusion technology from low dimension to high dimension in the field of human motion recognition. Referring to this technology, the fire detection algorithm in the field of fire protection should be realized by multi-modal data fusion technology combined with deep learning framework, so as to achieve the purpose of higher accuracy.
